Terms of Service

These terms apply to lannadang.com and to any session you book with Lanna Dang (“we,” “us”), operating as an individual in Scottsdale, Arizona. By booking a session you agree to them.

The service

A 1:1 Energy Healing & Coaching Session is a two-hour virtual session held over Zoom or Google Meet, plus a bonus follow-up of one 30-minute call or two 15-minute calls. The follow-up must be used within 30 days of the session, after which it expires.

Not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

Energy healing, intuitive readings, and coaching are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional legal or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. If you are in crisis or have a medical or psychological condition, please seek help from a licensed professional. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked and paid for through Calendly, with payment processed by Stripe. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is complete.

Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Rescheduling. You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. Requests inside 48 hours cannot be accommodated and are treated as a cancellation.

Refunds. You may cancel for a full refund within 72 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment. After 72 hours from booking, or once you are within 48 hours of the appointment, the session is non-refundable. Missed sessions are not refunded.

If we need to cancel, we will offer a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Your part

Please join from a quiet, private space where you can speak freely. Arrive on time; a session that starts late still ends at the scheduled time. You must be 18 or older to book.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.

Intellectual property

The content on this site and any materials shared with you are for your personal use. Please do not copy, publish, or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a session or from this website is limited to the amount you paid for the session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on the date you book.
