This policy explains what information Lanna Dang (“we,” “us”) collects through lannadang.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to this policy.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no forms, and no database of its own. Simply visiting the site gives us no personal information about you.

When you book a session, you leave this site and use Calendly, which collects your name, email address, any notes you add, and your payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, session time, and confirmation that payment was made. We never see or store your full card number.

If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of our correspondence.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and deliver your session and follow-up call.
• To respond to your questions.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• To send you information about future offers, only if you have asked for it. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services needed to run the business: Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, Zoom or Google Meet for the session itself, and our email provider. Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Session confidentiality

What you share during a session stays between you and Lanna. It is not recorded unless you ask for a recording, and it is never used in marketing without your written permission.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes, typically seven years. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful to serving you, and deleted on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing lannadang@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Requests about data held by Calendly or Stripe may need to go to those companies directly.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
